Kenearly Yellow Eye is said the be the best bean for making home-made baked beans. Of course, you’ll have to grow them, let them dry on the vine, separate the bean from the pod, find a nice canning jar, maybe with a snap top, to store them in.
But if anything here seems like work, get some children involved. That changes everything.
