One of my daughters, named Hart, lost 20 years ago at age 9 in a terrible divorce, whom I haven’t seen since. But I tracked her down to send a Christmas card, and now she’s found, and here she is: A postdoctoral Fellow at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hart K. MacCardell-Fossel (aka “Hartsky”).
She kept my name all these years. I didn’t know that. So now I’ll raise a tall one to God, send off the card, and cry.
