New Year’s res….
NEW YEAR’S THOUGHT. I haven’t made a Resolution in years, and don’t intend to start. But I heard it suggested adopting a New Year’s “theme,” such as Maitri. It’s Sanskrit; means gentle, loving kindness toward oneself. I’m in.
