
SNOW PEAS! This late crop was sown in mid-August on a three-foot-high trellis, and they’re ready for the freezer. I let the peas develop just a bit inside because they’re so tasty and it doesn’t cost the pod any flavor.
And now I’ll also try what was so successful with snap beans — and that is, freezing them directly in a Ziploc bag without blanching.
