
LIFE FOOD
A bed of organic spinach, oregano leaves, basil leaves, and two slices of heirloom tomatoes. Atop that, a fillet of haddock. Then Panko (Japanese bread crumbs), tomato slices, thin onion slices, pepper slices (all of this organic, from the market gardens), topped by some grated cheddar.
